Puresil PC-SSHW hoses from PTFX is a range of ultra-smooth bore Bio-pharmaceutical grade flexible hoses which are constructed from platinum cured silicone rubber materials. It is suitable for suction, delivery and vacuum applications and has been designed for specific use in Pharmaceuticals and Biotechnology manufacturing and production facilities.

PC-SSHW hoses conform to USP Class VI, E.P. 3.1.9 and FDA requirements and are also Animal free - TSE / ADCF compliant.

The unique construction of this high-quality silicone rubber hose makes it one of the most flexible designs available on the market and it is widely used on load cells and weigh vessels where minimal deflection is required.

Puresil  PC-SSHW hoses are available sizes ranging from 12.7 mm up to 204mm I/D in standard 4.0 mtr lengths -

we can be produced in longer lengths and with different hose colours and with personal branding on request.

Hygienically Swaged Sanitary Hose End Fittings

The PTFX range of Safe-Lok hygienically swaged hose end fittings are fitted to all of our hygienic brewery process hoses

as standard to ensure continuity of products and full suitability for their intended use.

Safe-Lok end fittings are available in all hygienic and sanitary end fitting designs including:

RJT, DIN 11851, SMS, IDF, ILC, DS, & DIN 11864 threaded fittings, Tri-Clamp and aspetic flanged end connections.

We also manufacture Sanitary Tri-clamp hose end fittings to ASME-BPE Requirements

Safe-Lok hose end fittings can also be supplied with 45 or 90 bends or U-Bends from stock.
