PTFX produce a range of Anti-static process hoses which are manufactured from both PU and Fluoropolymer hose materials which have  been designed for in zone hazardous and potentially explosive environments  
Our Anti-static PTFE lined smooth bore hoses are produced from electrically conductive materials which conforms to EN 12115
standards and can safely be used in Ex Zones 0 and 1 - because the outer EPDM hose cover is also electrically conductive conforming to DIN 26055-3 Type B and also has an electrically insulating EPDM outer rubber cover which meet and exceed the requirements of the FDA regarding extractables.
The PTFX range of Pharmadust Anti-Static PU hoses are constructed with ultra-smooth bore hose liners and are mostly used within the pharmaceuticals and cosmetics industries for the transfer of dry products and powders and are fitted complete with our range of Safe-Lok - hygienically swaged 316 stainless steel end fittings which are available in all sanitary and hygienic fittings and sizes
Hose Earthing / grounding is achieved by bonding our Safe-Lok hose end fittings to the embedded steel wires within the hose
walls - to offer electrical continuity along the full hose length and these are electrically tested and certified prior to dispatch. 
PTFX also manufactures a range highly flexible low pressure PU flexible hoses and ducting with full anti-static properties
to meet with ATEX requirements and these can also be supplied with our range of Safe-lock hose end fittings
